bbo is an Investment and Private Banking firm based in Barbados, with operations in the United States of America, Venezuela, Colombia and Uruguay. bbo was incorporated in 1989 under the name of Bancaracas Mercado de Capitales S.A.C.A. In 1998 it acquired "Banex Mercado de Capitales" and "Oberto, Sosa and Associates" and changed its name to bbo Financial Services Inc.
bbo Financial Services, Inc. was incorporated in 1989. With a current net worth of over USD 50 million, bbo offers a wide range of products and financial services, among them: Securities Brokerage and Trading, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Banking, Securities Research and Asset Management.
